Dutch rider Nils Sinschek has conquered the fourth and final stage of the Tour de Kumano, in Japan, imposing himself at the finish line in Taiji at the end of the concluding 104 kilometers. The Li Ning Star rider preceded Andrea D'Amato of Team Ukyo and Japanese rider Oka, while Italian Samuele Bertolli (Nippo Nuovacomauto Obor) closed in ninth position.

In general classification the Ligurian Nicolò Garibbo completes the race in third place, trailing by 14" from winner Luke Burns (Victorie Hiroshima). The Australian defended the lead by just one second over Sinschek, while Bertolli concludes his Japanese adventure in eleventh place.
