Arnaud De Lie demonstrates he has regained his form and is ready for the Giro d'Italia appointment and that dream called the pink jersey. The Belgian rider from Lotto Intermarché has ended a drought that lasted since last September and won in a sprint the eighth edition of the Lotto Famenne Ardenne Classic, contested over a distance of 186.7 km with start and finish in Marche-en-Famenne.
De Lie outsprinted young compatriot Jens Verbrugghe of NSN Development Team and Matteo Moschetti of Pinarello-Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team. Closing out the top ten was another Italian flag thanks to Giovanni Bortoluzzi of General Store.
