Red Bull-Bora-hansgrohe has just officially confirmed the fracture of the right wrist (specifically, a fracture of the radius near the wrist) for Lorenzo Mark Finn. The young Ligurian rider crashed shortly after the start of the third stage of the Tour of the Alps 2026 along with around thirty other athletes, and was immediately transported to the hospital for medical examinations. The U23 world champion will now need to observe a period of rest.
