The Coppi & Bartali Week arrives in Veneto for its fourth stage, the Ponte di Piave-Valdobbiadene route of 159 km. A stage that in its development presents a similar pattern to yesterday's stage.

In this case too, the first part is indeed completely flat. Once past Susegana, approximately 60 km from the finish line, the route enters the hilly territory of Prosecco and the profile shows an obvious change in elevation. There are no long or particularly steep climbs to face, however the succession of short ascents, descents and stretches of narrower and more winding road could create some selection from the first passage across the finish line. The final circuit, approximately 16 km long, lends itself to further attacks and the Valdobbiadene finish line, positioned after a final kilometre of gentle but significant climbing, will be a prize to be won with strength and tactical cunning.
