An important moment to define objectives, working methods and strategies for the 2026 season. The Florentine team has two main objectives: to develop young talent and consolidate the squad for effective growth, a task that will fall to the sports directors, the reconfirmed Federico Fioravanti and newcomers Manuel Baccanelli and Marco Giannotti. Alongside them are collaborators Giulio Bocchino, Andrea Bacci, Giovanni Poggi, forming a staff capable of providing the necessary support throughout the entire season.
