The world championship will shine again at the tuttoBICI Oscar Night thanks to Lorenzo Mark Finn, who follows up his success from 2024 among the Juniors and deserves the tuttoBICI Gran Premio Livigno Award, reserved for the Under 23 category.
The Red Bull Bora Hansgrohe Rookies world champion, who will remain in the category next year, will reach Milan from his Liguria to participate in our gala evening, of which he will be one of the brightest stars.
Lorenzo, you're now used to important stages, how much does winning the tuttoBICI Oscar mean to you?
"It's special because it's the consequence of the great season I've had. Despite the ups and downs, particularly related to the injury I suffered at the Giro dell'Appennino, I'm really happy with how it went and especially how beautifully the 2025 season ended. Last year was a great evening, with many guests and a good dinner. I can't wait to return to the Principe di Savoia and experience such a prestigious ceremony again with my girlfriend Fabiana".
The award you'll receive is sponsored by Livigno, a location you're connected to not just for cycling reasons...
"I've cycled in Livigno during two high-altitude training camps and will probably return many more times. It's exactly where I met Fabiana, so it's a place that's particularly close to my heart. It's a destination dear to cyclists, many teams train there, and it's wonderful that such a renowned location invests so much in sports and cycling in particular".
How are you spending your off-season?
"Peacefully, with my loved ones. I spent a few days in Rome and last weekend in London. These days I've started cycling again in preparation for the next season. It will be fundamental in my growth process because I'll face a similar calendar to this year, but with greater responsibilities related to results".
Your ambitions for 2026?
"In December, I'll go to a team training camp and we'll draft the race calendar. The objectives will again be: Giro Next Gen, Tour de l'Avenir, World Championship... Plus, I want to accumulate as much experience as possible in professional races to try to adapt best before actually moving to the professional category in 2027".
