The fourth evening of competition at the junior world championships in Apeldoorn opens with another gold medal: Matilde Cenci has dominated the kilometer tournament.
After setting the best time in qualification, the Italian athlete repeated her performance in the final, closing with a time of 1.08.541 at an average speed of 52.592 km/h. Silver medal goes to German Emilia Waterstradt in 1.09.169 and bronze to Belgian Zita Gheyens in 1.09.767.
