
After his success in Trentino, the Tuscan champion Lorenzo Luci achieved his second seasonal victory by imposing himself in a group sprint at the Donoratico finish line, at the end of the Coppa Liberazione-Trofeo I Greppi. In second place, another Iperfinish team athlete, the Lucchese Agnini, who was a protagonist of a long breakaway together with Nieri. The duo gave the impression at one point of being able to complete their attempt, but in the end, the group prevailed, managing to catch the two breakaway riders, and in the sprint, the Iperfinish pair's burst of speed won, once again confirming the team's collective strength. The Donoratico race was valid for the Livorno provincial title, won by Andrea Mori (Iperfinish), who finished fifth.
