The first edition of ASPREVIE - Anghiari Gravel Roads was presented at Villa Gennaioli, a cycling event organized by Gs Fratres Dynamis Bike and reserved for gravel bikes and MTBs, including e-bikes in the "Medium Route". ASPREVIE is scheduled for Sunday, May 4th in Anghiari, one of Italy's Beautiful Villages, located in the province of Arezzo, already known by many cyclists for L'Intrepida.

The press conference was attended by the Mayor of Anghiari and President of the Province of Arezzo Alessandro Polcri, the Tourism and Commerce Councilor of Anghiari Ilaria Lorenzini, the General Director of Banca di Anghiari e Stia Credito Cooperativo Fabio Pecorari, members of Gs Fratres Dynamis Bike led by President Fabrizio Graziotti, and representatives of some sponsors (including Cicli Effeffe and Corona & Catena). The first edition of ASPREVIE was greeted with enthusiasm by the organizers and will allow many enthusiasts to discover the fascinating roads and places of Valtiberina, at the border between Tuscany and Umbria.

Routes, refreshment points, and timed sections

Two routes are planned: the "Medium Route" of 75 km with an elevation gain of 1500 m+ and 2 refreshment points, and the "Long Route" of 118 km with an elevation gain of 2600 m+ and 4 refreshment points. Single start at 8:00 AM from the Sports Hall in Anghiari. Each participant can choose the route most suitable to their characteristics when registering. Long route participants who pass the 70 km mark (at "Castello di Sorci") after 1:30 PM will be diverted to the 75 km route.

Fun, but also a desire to test oneself competitively on the most significant Asprevie, as those on the long route can tackle three timed climbs and push themselves to prove they are the best. Those with the lowest time (via widely used platforms like Strava) will win the corresponding jersey created in collaboration with Pissei.

- BLUE LILY jersey for the best (men and women) on the FELCINO REVERSE climb (2370 meters at 10.2% gradient)
- GOLD LILY jersey for the best (men and women) on the QUATTRO VIE climb (3400 meters at 9% gradient)
- RED LILY jersey for the best (men and women) on the FOSSA climb (660 meters at 10.1% gradient)
