The Italian junior time trial title goes to the talented Patrik Pezzo Rosola. On the roads of Piasco, in the Cuneo province, the Veronese rider from Nordest Petrucci Assali Stefen delivered a flawless performance, covering the 19.7-kilometre course in 22 minutes flat.

Pezzo Rosola set the day's best time, finishing 25 seconds ahead of Italian road champion Enrico Balliana from Ecotek Zero24, who nonetheless delivered a high-level performance that earned him the silver medal.

The third step of the podium went to Paolo Favero from Varese, riding for Bustese Olonia, who finished 33 seconds behind the winner and managed to secure a prestigious bronze medal in the Italian national championships.

For Patrik Pezzo Rosola, this represents a prestigious tricolour jersey, conquered with authority in the time trial that crowned the new Italian junior champion in this discipline.
