The Piccolo Lombardia Juniores has a winner from the Marche region. Alessandro Battistoni, a rider from Loreto racing for Pool Cantù GB Junior, claimed victory at the prestigious youth classic on the Carimate finish line at the end of the race that started from Senago.

Battistoni built his victory in the final stages alongside Filippo Colella of Neri Sottoli Lucchini Energy. The two riders managed to gain a margin over the group in the decisive phases of the race and contested the victory in a sprint, with the rider from Marche proving stronger than his rival. Lorenzo Iaconeta of Team Ecotek Zero24 completed the podium, crossing the line behind the leading pair after holding off the chasers.
