Mapei has been included for the second consecutive year in the World's Best Employers 2026 ranking published by Forbes in collaboration with Statista. The ranking includes 900 companies selected from organizations with over 1,000 employees and an international presence.
The survey involved over 300,000 employees in more than 50 countries. Participants assessed the likelihood of recommending their employer to family and friends, as well as expressing their judgment on aspects such as compensation, career opportunities, work-life balance, and corporate reputation. The responses were integrated with data collected over the past three years, with greater weight assigned to the most recent evaluations and those expressed by current employees.
With over 14,000 collaborators worldwide, a presence in 59 countries, and an international network comprising 109 production facilities and 39 research centers, Mapei continues to invest in the development of its people, promoting training programs, international mobility, and collaboration with universities and research institutes.
“Being recognized among the world's best employers is a source of great satisfaction, because it reflects the judgment and experience of the people who every day contribute to the growth of our Group. Investing in skills, fostering professional growth, and creating an inclusive and stimulating work environment means building the conditions to face future challenges. We believe that the company's development passes through the valorization of people, organizational well-being, and sustainable growth capable of generating lasting value”, states Giuseppe Castelli, Group Corporate HR & Organization Director at Mapei.
This is accompanied by another important recognition recently obtained by the Group: its presence among the World's Best Companies 2026 list compiled by Time and Statista. Results that confirm Mapei's ability to combine international growth, attention to people, and corporate responsibility.
