It comes before Saint Francis, who in this case is not Moser, but our national patron saint, who tomorrow will mark a remarkable 800 years since his death, which occurred exactly on October 3rd, 1226, but will be celebrated again as a national holiday tomorrow (it had been abolished in 1977).
Today, much more modestly and prosaically, it is the Fiftieth birthday of Raffaele "Lello" Ferrara, a former cyclist, also a professional one, winner of a Giro Baby and then of no races in the major category. A blank slate in his record that never held him back; quite the opposite, it allowed him to reinvent himself as a "social media marketing" expert, influencer, Community Manager, Growth Hacker & ADV Specialist—in short, he's not even sure exactly what he does, but he does it with the lightness of a 14-year-old, unburdened by the 36 extra years he carries on his shoulders. He acts like a kid, entertains and enjoys himself: he celebrates. Today they'll throw him a party, in the best sense. Hopefully. Happy birthday!
