Nicolas Frigo is the winner of the 72nd edition of the Gran Premio San Nazzaro de Burgondi, the traditional midweek race reserved for amateurs held on the roads of Pavia.

The 21-year-old cyclist from Turin with Goodshop Yoyogurt, originally from Avigliana, claimed victory with a dominant sprint finish. Frigo prevailed over Martin Gris of Trevigiani Energiapura Marchiol, who finished second, while junior rider Andrea Meloni of Vangi Tommasini Il Pirata completed the podium in third place.
