When grief and remembrance are accompanied by concrete gestures, they take on an even deeper meaning. This is why NSN Cycling Team has decided to establish a scholarship dedicated to Finlay Tarling, the nineteen-year-old Welsh cyclist who lost his life in a tragic accident last August 14th on the roads of the Tour of Portugal.
