We can say that the countdown to the Tre Valli Varesine and the Tre Valli Varesine Women's Race | e-work has officially begun. Following the presentation of the Trittico Regione Lombardia held last week in Milan, this morning the traditional presentation of the "Quartier Tappa" 6th Tre Valli Varesine Women's Race | e-work and 105th Tre Valli Varesine took place, hosted by the Council Chamber of the Municipality of Busto Arsizio.
On Tuesday, October 6th, both events will start from the Textile Museum of Busto Arsizio and will conclude on Via Sacco, in front of the Municipality of Varese, attracting some of the best champions and female champions from the world professional cycling scene, just days after the World Championships in Canada and the European Championships in Slovenia.
Statements
"This is my last Tre Valli as mayor – said Emanuele Antonelli, mayor of Busto Arsizio -. I thank the entire great family of the event for these wonderful years, the law enforcement forces who, together with the organizational machine, guarantee the highest safety standards, and the always generous sponsors. The Tre Valli has entered my heart and that of many citizens, I am certain that this year too there will be many enthusiasts at the start and I hope this tradition will continue for many years to come".
"We are proud to host for the sixth time this great cycling classic and the great champions it always brings with it – stated Vice Mayor and Sports Assessor Luca Folgani -. The Tre Valli is a race that unites Busto and Varese through cycling and the values of sport, promotes the territory and demonstrates particular attention to women's sport by attracting the best in the world to the start and guaranteeing equal opportunities between male and female athletes".
Safety Assessor Claudia Cozzi made an appeal to motorists: "For several weeks now we have plastered the streets involved in the route with informational signs: I ask you to be patient if on that day there will be minor inconveniences or delays. The Local Police (together with other law enforcement forces and an army of volunteers) will be on the route with all available forces to provide directions and ensure that everything proceeds with maximum safety".
Also Municipal Council President Laura Rogora highlighted the giant steps made by the event over the years and thanked the organization for once again placing trust in Busto as the starting point for such a prestigious race.
Paolo Ferrario, CEO of e-work added: "We have been fortunate to accompany the birth of the Tre Valli Varesine Women's Race and we continue to deeply believe in the value of this project. Sport, like work, teaches that the best results are achieved by working as a team, valuing talent and offering everyone the same opportunities for growth. This is the message that has always accompanied our commitment".
Alex Bacchilega, Founder of UP Lavoro adds: "For UP, this collaboration represents an opportunity to support a project that fully interprets the values we believe in: attention to people, team spirit and the ability to generate value for the territory. The joint venture with e-work was born precisely from the desire to build together a path of growth, pooling skills and experiences to face the challenges of the labor market and support initiatives that have a concrete impact on communities".
Renzo Oldani, President of the Alfredo Binda Cycling Society: "The Tre Valli Varesine is first and foremost a story of passion for cycling and for our territory. It is a heritage that we guard with pride, because it represents an important piece of our history and our culture. Carrying it forward also means promoting Varese and its province, and this is only possible thanks to the teamwork of all those who, every year, share this great passion with us".
The two races broadcast live on five continents
For this edition as well, the races organized by the Alfredo Binda Cycling Society will be visible live on RAI Sport and RAI 2 and thanks to RAI ITALIA and discovery+ / Eurosport the Tre Valli Varesine will be visible on five continents.

The 6 laps of the city circuit are confirmed and the finish with the finish line avenue located on Via Sacco, in front of the Municipality of Varese.
