The Alhambra, built in the second half of the 1200s by order of Muḥammad ibn Naṣr, is a true walled city (medina) that occupies most of the Sabika hill. And it is precisely this hill that will be at the center of a thrilling and demanding finale: the decision to neutralize the stage finish was officially announced late this morning. Following protests from the riders, the regulations have been changed for the final stage of the Vuelta, and the organizers have announced that times will be neutralized before the final lap of the Granada circuit, 9.8 kilometers from the finish line.

The distance to cover is 112 kilometers, the first part of the stage will be dedicated to the inevitable celebration of protagonists, jerseys and above all the winner, and then, as the kilometers pass, things will start to get serious...
