If you arrive in Andorra to race a stage of the Vuelta, the least that can happen to you is to find a friend on the road. There are countless riders who have chosen to live in the Principality (to give you an idea, well 37 of yesterday's Vuelta participants practically arrived at home...) and Tadej Pogacar noticed it too when he found a special supporter like Adam Yates on the climb. The Briton, who indeed lives in Andorra, was armed with a smartphone and filmed his team leader, who didn't miss the chance to greet him. Fist bump, a smile, maybe even a word and then off: Adam on the road waiting for the chasers and Tadej on the road flying towards yet another feat.
