Tudor dominated the final stage of the Tour de Pologne: stage victory and the jersey in the 12.5 km Wielicza time trial. The clean sweep was signed by the resurgent Stefan Kung, who won the stage with a time of 14'25" averaging 51.9 km/h, and Marco Brenner who finished seventh, just 12 seconds behind his teammate, but reversed the general classification to claim overall victory.

Kung, claiming his first win of the season after long months of recovery and rehabilitation, preceded New Zealander Fisher Black and Briton Thornley in the stage standings, while Italian riders this time remained on the margins of the top ten with Sobrero eleventh and Bettiol thirteenth.

Christian Scaroni's dream also fell short: the Brescia-born rider from XDS Astana who wore the leader's jersey finished his effort 47 seconds behind the winner and slipped to seventh place in the general classification. The Tour de Pologne was thus conquered by German Marco Brenner, who took the podium ahead of New Zealander Fisher-Black and Spaniard Romeo.

In the other classifications, Walter Calzoni claimed the mountains jersey, while by just a handful of points Jonathan Milan was forced to cede the points classification jersey to Marco Brenner, who thus completed a clean sweep.
