Riccardo Vesco adds another seal to his season of continuous growth: the rider from Besana Brianza, 17 years old, conquers the Paolo Salvatico Memorial for juniors, imposing himself in a photo finish in the classic from Piasco to Lemma (Cn).

A thrilling sprint, decided only in the final centimeters, against Luca Gugnino of UC Piasco, with whom Vesco plunged toward the finish line after an intense and hard-fought race. The Lombard champion of Team Guerrini Senaghese thus confirms his ability to read race situations and strike with composure in decisive moments. The podium is completed by Polish rider Bartolomiej Jedrysek (Fagnano Nuova).

This marks his fifth seasonal victory, the fourteenth for the team led by owner Stefano Guerrini and directed by Leone Malaga.
