UAE Team Emirates-XRG and Isaac del Toro will continue their journey together until the end of the 2031 season. At just 22 years old, Del Toro has quickly established himself as one of the most promising talents in professional cycling since joining the Emirati team. Following his historic victory at the 2023 Tour de l'Avenir, the Mexican has grown within the team, becoming one of the most exciting riders in stage races and a key element for the team's long-term ambitions.
The 2026 season marked another important step forward in Del Toro's development. He also achieved significant victories at the UAE Tour, Tirreno-Adriatico, and Tour Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.
The contract renewal represents another major investment in the future by UAE Team Emirates-XRG, securing one of the most promising young cyclists in what promise to be the best years of his career.
Isaac del Toro: "I am very happy to continue this journey with UAE Team Emirates-XRG. From the moment I joined the team, everyone has believed in me and provided me with the best possible environment to grow both as a cyclist and as a person. Every season I have learned something new from my teammates and the people working around me, and I feel I am constantly improving. This team is like a home to me. We share the same ambition, the same passion for racing, and the same desire to keep improving. Signing a long-term contract gives me great confidence because I know I am in the right place for my future. We have already achieved extraordinary victories together, but I truly believe the best is yet to come. I am excited to continue growing with this team and to fight for the most important races in the world."
