The fourteen-year-old from Emilia-Romagna based in Gualtieri (Re), riding for Ciclistica 2000 Likotol, built his success with a consistent performance across all events, imposing himself in direct competition against high-profile opponents.

Behind him, Piedmontese rider Oliver Ceppi (Busto Garolfo) finished second with a very steady performance, while Swiss rider Lorenzo Aratari from Velo Club Lugano had to settle for third place on the podium.

Among the under-14 women, the national jersey goes to Margherita Donanzan from Trentino, class of 2013 from Veloce Club Borgo, who delivered a consistently controlled performance. The young athlete finished ahead of Venetian Carlotta Casarotti (Officine Alberti UC Val d'Illasi) and Lombard Giorgia Nardelli from Busto Garolfo, completing a podium of excellent technical level.
