The Junior Team Sprint awards the national titles in an intense day on the track, with competitive finals in both men's and women's categories.
The Emilia Romagna region claims the title thanks to Lucio Baccini, Loris Iapela and Leonardo Manfredi, protagonists of a solid and well-synchronized performance. The trio defeats in the final the Veneto team, represented by Giacomo Cecchin, Mattia Daniele and Gioele Angelo Libertani, who nonetheless delivered a high-level performance.
The bronze medal goes to Friuli Venezia Giulia, with Justyn Michele Breda, Dorian Cascio and Giulio Puppio (with Alessio Borile as reserve), capable of delivering an orderly and incisive race.

Among the women, the national title belongs to Veneto, thanks to the flawless performance of Vanessa Bacchin, Marta Grassi and Valentina Giorgia Timis, who in the final outperform Lombardy's Camilla Isorni, Giulia Lombardi and Nina Marinini. On the third step of the podium stands Piedmont, with Nicole Bracco, Nicole Raffaela Capaldi and Vittoria Vitillo, protagonists of a solid performance that earns them the bronze medal.
