Frenchman Hugo Millet, riding for Mayenne-Monbana-Rapido, won the sprint finish at the third stage of the Kreiz Breizh Élites over a distance of 169.7 km between Trévarez and Carhaix. Millet edged out Ludovico Mellano (XDS Astana Development Team), Adam Mitchell (Vendée U-Primeo Energie) and four other breakaway companions. Italian rider Juan David Sierra of Tudor Under 23 crossed the line in tenth place, 43 seconds behind the winner.

Fifth at the finish line today, Victor Guernalec (CIC Pro Cycling Academy) claims the leader's jersey in the general classification.
