Saturday, September 26, 2026, the day before La Dario Acquaroli, the important international MTB race scheduled in Iseo (Brescia), in Franciacorta, will once again host, following the great success of the Italian Championships over the past two years, a FISDIR/FCI promotional event reserved for bikers with intellectual and relational disabilities.

The initiative is part of the memorandum of understanding between FCI and FISDIR, which has enabled, for three years now, the creation of a technical regulation that allows athletes with intellectual and relational disabilities, from the age of 16 onwards, to practice cycling at a competitive level.

GimaSport, the organizing company of La Dario Acquaroli, for the third consecutive year has decided to actively support the organization of this event, which also carries significant social value and presents cycling and sport as something inclusive.

Under the slogan "Give Me Five!", we are making sport a matter of commitment and responsibility, putting it at the service of young people with intellectual and relational disabilities, as a tool for personal growth and dialogue, a concrete opportunity for socialization and inclusion. We are aware that sport is not just about competition, but above all about integration, participation, sharing, education and culture. We want to associate La Dario Acquaroli with strong social value, choosing to take the field in this match of values and emotions – this is the message from the organizers.

The unique atmosphere of La Dario Acquaroli and the splendid scenery offered by the town of Iseo will provide a unique and special setting to once again host this wonderful event just hours before La Dario Acquaroli.
