After presenting the new format that expands the experience of International Bike Festival (IBF), La Gialla Cycling adds an important new recognition to its growth journey. The 2026 edition will indeed be the single event of the ACSI National Amateur Cycling Championship, an appointment that will award the national title and bring amateur cyclists from all over Italy to Misano.
The choice of La Gialla Cycling as the venue for the national final represents recognition of the work carried out in building a format that places the quality of experience, organization, and territory enhancement at its core.
A project that, alongside its experiential dimension, now also consolidates its value within the national amateur cycling landscape.
The ACSI National Amateur Cycling Championship represents one of the main appointments dedicated to enthusiasts of the discipline and brings together hundreds of participants each year united by their passion for cycling, territory discovery, and non-competitive sports practice.
The single event will take place as part of La Gialla Strada, which will start from the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli and develop along the routes of the Romagna hinterland, sharing with all participants the experience that characterizes the La Gialla Cycling format.
The inclusion of the ACSI National Championship further enriches the La Gialla Cycling program, which during International Bike Festival offers a calendar of appointments dedicated to the different aspects of cycling: road, gravel, MTB, youth and families, confirming the commitment to build an increasingly inclusive event that represents the entire cycling world.
"Amateur cycling is changing....we always say it but we're even more aware of it now. The search increasingly linked to events passes through their experiential nature - declares Emiliano Borgna, President of ACSI Cycling -. There are few events that bring together the entire amateur cycling world that pedals, that would like to do so, or that in its own way - each legitimate and right - does so. One of these is certainly International Bike Festival. The premier trade fair hub at the national level but certainly also comparable to the international model. So what better opportunity than to let IBF participants experience the magic of La Gialla dressed as a National Amateur Cycling Championship? It will be three days of celebration, with the cherry on top being the cycling event itself. Impossible to miss."
With this new recognition, La Gialla Cycling strengthens its role as a reference appointment for those who wish to experience cycling not only as a sport, but as an experience of territory, sharing and discovery, within Italy's most important appointment dedicated to the bike industry.
