There will be special protagonists tomorrow on the roads of the Tour de France: the caravan will indeed welcome riders from the UCI World Cycling Centre (CMC-UCI) and cyclists from the Olympic refugee team.

Here is the list of UCI-WCT Team riders who will be present:
- Mario Sanchez (Bolivia), 19 years old, 2026 national time trial champion.
- Mohamed Aziz Delai (Tunisia), multiple national champion in time trial and road race.
- Yafiet Mulugeta (Eritrea), 11th in the general classification of the 2026 Tour du Rwanda.
- Keven Teklemariam Tsegay (Eritrea), 19 years old, double African junior champion (time trial and road race) in 2024.
- Saïd Al Rahbi (Oman), national champion in 2021.
- Jadian Neaves (Trinidad), 20 years old, 2026 national time trial and road race champion.
- Mohamed Al Wahaibi (Oman), national champion in 2021.

Here is the list of athletes from the Olympic refugee team:
- Amir Arslan Ansari (Afghanistan, in the photo), time trial specialist and Olympian at Paris 2024.
- Ahmad Badreddin Wais (Syria), time trial specialist and Olympian at Tokyo 2020.

The riders will tackle the early morning time trial route as a group and will be welcomed at the finish line by UCI officials, particularly by Amina Lanaya, UCI General Director.
