Spring has outlined the face of the Oscar tuttoBICI Banca Mediolanum Grand Prix classifications reserved for U17 riders. In both cases the situation is one of great balance: among the first-year boys at the top is the Lombard Manuel Pupillo (Team Senaghese Guerrini) who leads three other riders from the same region, namely his teammate Iago Pedrotti, Luca Pavani (Sporteven Cycling Group) and Erik Gamba (Ciclistica Trevigliese) with Veneto's Matteo Salviato (Tavo Bonin Bike) rounding out the top five.
Among the second-year boys, meanwhile, Campania's Francesco Coletta (Team Cesaro Neri Sottoli) has immediately taken the lead, heading ahead of Tuscan Diego Della Polla (Coltano Grube Costruzioni), fellow Campanian Vincenzo Vito also of Team Cesaro Neri Sottoli, Romagna's Alessandro Bellettini (SC Cotignolese) and Lazio's Alberto Antonio Malerba (Il Pirata Sama Ricambi OTC).
There are still many racing weekends and many appointments ahead to reopen the competition, consolidate positions and perhaps overturn situations, so... keep following us.
