The 2026 edition of the Oberösterreich Rundfahrt closes with the triumph of Dominik Röber and the overall victory of Henrique Bravo. The German from Team Vorarlberg claimed the concluding stage with a finish at Stift Aigen-Schlägl, outsprinting the group of favorites that had been whittled down on the final climb. Jan Michal Jackowiak and Kasper Borremans from Bahrain Victorious Development Team crossed the line in second and third place behind the German rider.

The yellow jersey wearer Bravo (Soudal Quick-Step Devo Team) finished without any issues among the leading group. Having claimed the leader's symbol at the end of the first stage, he never relinquished his grip on the general classification, ultimately winning the race with a 9-second advantage over Garry Shevin (Team USA) and 12 seconds over Borremans. With a deficit of 19 seconds in the standings, Lorenzo Galimberti (Swatt Club) completed the Austrian race, finishing seventh overall and proving to be the best Italian rider.

Speaking of Italian riders, special mention deserves Manuel Oioli (Swatt Club), who launched an attack today in search of stage victory and was a prominent figure in the breakaway for a long time before being caught in the final kilometers.

We tried to play our cards as best as we could and made sure to control the group in the final part, when attacks started coming from all sides and the group gave their all.
