Autozai Contri is preparing to face a new intense weekend, which will see the athletes competing in the Two Days Brescia and Bergamo race and the San Michele Grand Prix, two events that promise spectacle.
Today and tomorrow the team will be at the start of the Two Days Brescia and Bergamo, a race divided into two stages. The first stage, with start and finish in Rovato, will feature an exciting race with an initial circuit of approximately ten kilometers to be completed seven times, followed by a second closing loop to be repeated twice, where the race could really heat up.
On Sunday the second stage will start from Grumello del Monte and will develop over an initial circuit of 11.7 kilometers to be repeated four times, before the most selective section of the day, characterized by the San Pantaleone climb, inserted in a final loop also to be covered four times. Defending the colors of Autozai Contri will be Lorenzo Ceccarello, Alberto Donà, Marco Pierotto, Edoardo Riccadona, Manuel Salmaso and Davide Zanei.
Also on Sunday, the rest of the team will be competing in the San Michele Grand Prix, another particularly demanding race on the calendar. The riders will have to face a hilly circuit of 10.6 kilometers nine times before the final stretch that will lead to the Ca' del Poggio climb, always a decisive and spectacular point of the race. For Autozai Contri, the starters will be Gabriele Bertagnoli, Xavier Bordignon, Tommaso Bottaro, Filippo Casagrande, Gianmaria Chinello, Andrea Furlanis, Thomas Mariotto, Mathias Paludetti and Federico Ros.
Two important appointments that will provide new insights into the team's growth path, once again called to compete in selective and highly competitive races.
