The Volta a Catalunya has modified the route of its fourth stage, which will finish in Camprodon. Due to the activation of the VENCAT alert level 3, with wind gusts expected up to 90 km/h at the summit of Vallter, the Volta a Catalunya was forced to shorten the route of its fourth stage, scheduled for Thursday, March 26.
The stage, starting from Mataró, will finish in the town of Camprodon, thus shortening the final climb. With this modification, which reduces the stage length to 150 km compared to the originally planned 173 km, the start time of the stage has been postponed by half an hour, to 13:05.
