Another highly anticipated top rider has withdrawn from tomorrow's Milan-Sanremo Women's race: Marianne Vos will not start as she has returned home to be with her family after receiving news that her father's health condition is critical.

"Our thoughts go out to Marianne and her loved ones," writes Team Visma Lease a Bike. "Rosita Reijnhout will take Vos's place tomorrow".
