The 61st edition of Tirreno-Adriatico concludes today with the seventh stage, the Civitanova Marche - San Benedetto del Tronto covering 142 kilometers. This stage, which as always finishes in the Marche coastal town, appears to favor the sprinters.

This is a relatively flat stage in the first part and absolutely flat in the final 80 km. The route starts along the Adriatic coast, enters the Aso valley from Pedaso and climbs to Montefiore d'Aso, and after a short descent reaches Ripatransone with the final easy climb (KOM at km 52). A long descent to Grottammare follows before entering a circuit of approximately 15 km to be repeated 5 times with the intermediate sprint placed at km 98.4 on the finish line.
