Joppe Heremans, a Belgian rider from Van Rysel Roubaix, won the fourth stage of Etoile de Besseges in a sprint finish, covering the Saint-Christol-lez-Alès - Vauvert route of 154.8 km.
Heremans beat Slovak rider Kubis from Unibet Rose Rockets, with French rider Paul Lapeira from Decathlon CMA CMG taking third place. Matteo Moschetti finished in fourth position.
In the general classification, on the eve of the final stage, Lukas Kubis from Unibet Rose Rockets remains in the lead.
