Another excellent performance by young Italian junior riders in Belgium. Giorgia Pellizotti and Nicole Azzetti finished third and fourth respectively in the international Aznecross in Loenhout, a race of the X2O Trofee Badkamers Challenge held this morning.

Pellizotti climbed onto the podium after a standout race, finishing just 2 seconds behind the winner, Dutch rider Isis Versluis, the European MTB champion. Second place went to British rider Roche. Immediately behind, Nicole Azzetti secured fourth position, just 5 seconds off the pace. Sara Peruta finished fifteenth.
