
The Vuelta remains in Andorra and proposes a seventh mountain stage even tougher than yesterday's stage. The route goes from Andorra La Vella to Cerler Huesca La Magia covering 188 km.

The day opens with the Port del Cantó, an extremely long climb of 24.87 kilometers at 4.4% which will likely trigger the day's breakaway. The riders will then face two second-category climbs like the Creu de Perves (5.7 km at 6.3%) and La Espina (7.1 km at 5.5%). Then comes the final climb, more challenging than yesterday's, with the first part leading to the Cerler village being particularly demanding. In total, 12.1 km at 5.8%.
