The steamroller of the Iperfinish junior team scores its fourth consecutive victory in the "Pasqualando" race in Ponte a Egola. Winning for the second time this season, after his success on the Pontassieve circuit two weeks ago, is Livorno native Emanuele Favilli (his father Elia was a professional cyclist and currently coaches and prepares the Iperfinish team together with Francesco Casagrande). A race where the superiority of the Fucecchio team was evident with a couple of breakaways by the Tuscan category champion Luci and in the finale by the Agnini-Favilli duo and the excellent Fogli from Empoli, who, caught in the grip of the Fucecchio team, could do no more than he did. During the penultimate lap, Favilli's breakaway saw him crossing the finish line on Via Del Cuoio alone, while his teammate Agnini secured second place. The race, conducted at over 44 km/h average speed, saw 92 riders at the start.
