Eleonora Camilla Gasparrini is the queen of the sixth edition of the Tre Valli Varesine Women. The Piedmontese rider from UAE Team L'IMAD triumphed in a sprint ahead of Dutch rider Sarah Van Dam from Visma Lease a Bike and Swiss rider Noemi Ruegg from EF Education Oatly.

A spectacular race that was decided in the final kilometre, when Swinkels (UAE) and Noskova (Cofidis), the last survivors of a group of attackers that had formed during the fourth of six laps of the Varese circuit, were caught.

THE RACE. After just a few kilometres, German rider Katarina Palm from Rembe-Rad net Women and Afghan rider Fariba Hashimi from Vini Fantini-Bepink launched an attack, which was joined after 15 km of solo chasing by Swiss rider Linda Zanetti from Uno-X Mobility. Their maximum advantage reached 5'10" but inevitably began to decrease when the race reached the Varese circuit. Lap after lap the main group drew ever closer.

During the fourth-to-last lap, ten riders attacked and a small group formed at the front with Swinkels (UAE), Anderson (EF Education), Kraak (FDJ), Adgeeest (Lidl Trek), Korevaar (Liv AlULa), Biannic and Magalhaes (Movistar), Oudeman (Visma Lease a Bike), Zanetti (Uno-X), Noskova (Cofidis), Rijnbeek (VolkerWessels), Palm (Rembe) and Hashimi (Vini Fantini).

A new selection on the climb and at km 100 those remaining at the front are Swinkels (UAE), Kraak (FDJ), Adgeeest (Lidl Trek), Korevaar (Liv AlULa), Biannic (Movistar), Oudeman (Visma Lease a Bike), Noskova (Cofidis), Rijnbeek (VolkerWessels).

At the front remain only Swinkels (UAE) and Noskova (Cofidis) who are caught only in the final kilometre...
