In the start list of the 6th edition of the Tre Valle Varesine Women's Race there are important names from the international scene and several champions returning from the world championship race in Montreal and the European Championship in Ljubljana.

The reference team, in all likelihood, will once again be UAE Team L'IMAD which, without the defending champion Elisa Longo Borghini who will be competing in the European Championships time trial, will rely heavily on Italians Silvia Persico and Eleonora Gasparrini, but the Emirati team will also field Spanish veteran and 2025 world bronze medalist Mavi Garcia and especially Dutch rider Karlijn Swinkels who has a special affinity with the roads of Varese province. EF Education – Oatly brings Swiss rider Noemi Rüegg. FDJ United – Suez will field, among others, former XCO world champion and current American road champion Kate Courtney and there will also be Italian Sofia Bertizzolo who will conclude her cycling career right here in Varese. Movistar Team with Cuban Arlenis Sierra, who won the first edition of the Tre Valli women's race in 2021, and young British rider Cat Ferguson. Lidl-Trek will present U23 Women's World bronze medalist Fleur Moors. Team Visma | Lease a Bike will field Dutch riders Sarah van Dam and Femke De Vries.
 
THE COURSE. The Textile Museum in Busto Arsizio is confirmed as the team headquarters with the presentation of the women's and men's squads and athletes who will parade through the garden grounds and the official race start.

The women's race course is 137 kilometers from Busto to the heart of Varese with the first section in a straight line and then 6 final laps featuring the Montello climb and always with the finish line on Via Sacco in Varese. Also confirmed this year is the "mythical" Ronchi climb that rises from the long Schiranna lakeside into the center of Varese, the same one from the 2008 Varese World Championship. i
