We're pedaling towards a new season and clearly thinking about new bicycles. The market is absolutely buzzing and Cicli Drali, the Milan-based brand relaunched by Andrea Camerana, Gianluca Pozzi and Robert Carrara, will pedal alongside Norwegian Repsol next year as well, the Continental team of Alexander Kristoff. The Milanese brand, however, would be about to partner with an even more ambitious Italian-Hungarian professional team: MBH Bank Csb Telecom Fort. We're still in the realm of hearsay, also because a continuation of collaboration with another Milan brand (Cinelli) is not ruled out, but the derby under the "madunina" seems more than concrete and in many ways quite suggestive and stimulating. In short, if Formula 1 thinks of Fashion Week to launch the new 2027 season, Milan returns to the center of industrial projects in the bicycle world. Only one thing is missing: the return of the Giro d'Italia for the grand finale.
Merida, on the other hand, would be ready to return to the peloton next year with an absolute top-level team, such as that of Soudal: Specialized would continue alongside Red Bull and leave the Belgian team. Some noise, not to say some creaking, is beginning to be heard in the Lidl camp as well. Trek has a contract that would bind them to the German team until the end of the 2028 season, but it's no secret that between the two giants of mass distribution and bicycles, there hasn't been great harmony for some time now. In short, both the German and American realities are making their assessments: is a consensual separation coming? Ah, if only we knew…
