No luck for Paul Seixas at the Tour Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes 2026. After crashing yesterday and delivering a remarkable performance nonetheless considering the circumstances (7th at 1'17" from Del Toro after chasing practically all day), the young French prodigy from Decathlon CMA CGM had to surrender to the pain from his crash 24 hours earlier and, after 32 kilometers of today's stage (the final one of the 78th edition of the French stage race), he raised the white flag and abandoned the race.
