Having wrapped up their first seasonal commitments, Autozai Contri is preparing to face a new challenge on Sunday, March 15th in Calenzano (Florence), where the 5th Memorial Paolo Baicchi will take place, a race that will see some of the best junior category teams at the start.
The competition will develop over a hilly 3.5-kilometer circuit to be repeated 22 times, for a race that promises to be demanding and selective. The course will be characterized above all by the climb located approximately 600 meters from the finish line, a key point that could prove decisive in the final phases of the race.
Autozai Contri will line up for the Tuscan race with a determined squad ready to play a leading role along the roads of Calenzano. The riders selected for the event are: Ludovico Affini, Gabriele Bertagnoli, Xavier Bordignon, Tommaso Bottaro, Filippo Casagrande, Lorenzo Ceccarello, Gianmaria Chinello, Alberto Donà, Mathias Paludetti, Edoardo Riccadona, Federico Ros and Manuel Salmaso.
The Memorial Paolo Baicchi will represent a significant test for Autozai Contri in this early part of the season. The demanding circuit could favor a selective race and provide important insights into the fitness level and development of the young athletes from the Veronese team.
