The Memorial Vincenzo Mantovani celebrates its 37th edition: on Saturday, April 4th, the race will be held in memory of Vincenzo "Cencio" Mantovani, founder, together with his brother Claudio, of Moa Sport.
The event, created to commemorate the cyclist from Mantua who achieved, among many other accolades, the silver medal at the Tokyo Olympics in 1964, will celebrate its 37th edition on April 4th.
This is an amateur race for athletes in the elite and Under 23 categories organized by U.C. Cderesarese A.S.D. and will be held, as usual, in Castel d'Ario, with the start at the Moa Sport facilities and the finish on Via XX Settembre, in the heart of the town of Mantua.
The course consists of a first circuit of 12.8 kilometers to be covered ten times. The final section, characterized by the shorter city circuit of 4 kilometers, will be tackled four times for a total of 144 km.
The official start is scheduled for 2:20 PM for what will certainly be a great afternoon of sport.
