Around 35 years old, we reach our peak growth, after which the synthesis of certain hormones in our body begins to reduce. This physiological event occurs in both men and women, albeit with gender differences, which can progressively lead to changes in metabolism, body composition, and well-being at cognitive and emotional levels.
Nutrition and sleep play a central role in maintaining our well-being during this period of change. The same applies to physical exercise. It's not just about "burning calories" but about practicing physical activity and exercise methodically.
Elena Casiraghi, Ph.D., scientific communicator and member of the Enervit Team, and former triathlete, trainer, and coach Daniel Fontana will discuss this in the Enervit Team webinar "The Role of Physical Exercise and Nutrition in Over 35s: Benefits and Methodology" on Thursday, October 30th from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
