
Luca Papini will be the new Secretary General of the Professional Cycling League. The news comes following the LCP Board meeting held on July 31st, which unanimously approved the appointment of the new figure. Forty-three years old, always in the world of sports and cycling, with a career marked by numerous roles, including international positions in the most prestigious races in the world like the Giro d'Italia and the Italian starts of La Vuelta and the Tour de France, he has held the role of Team Relations Manager for RCS races since 2006 until today.

Luca Papini's first statements: "I wish to thank President Pella and the entire Cycling League Board for placing their utmost trust in me by inviting me to take on the role of Secretary General of the Cycling League: it is with a strong sense of responsibility and determination that I put myself at the service of all Associates, with the clear objective of contributing to the revival of the Italian professional cycling movement.
