Unfortunately, today's news reports another road accident involving cyclists. A serious incident occurred this morning in Porto San Giorgio: two cyclists were hit by a car on the state road, near the roundabout leading to the A14.

The collision happened just after the roundabout located at the exit of the A14 highway, in the Salvano area. After the alarm was raised, emergency services including 118, Blue Cross, firefighters, local police, and carabinieri arrived at the scene.

One of the two cyclists involved suffered serious injuries and was transferred by helicopter to Torrette Hospital in Ancona. The other was transported by ambulance to Murri Hospital in Fermo.
