
An intense double appointment awaits the VF Group Bardiani CSF Faizanè over the weekend, split between Italy and France. It starts on Saturday, August 16th with one of the most prestigious Under 23 classics: the GP Capodarco, structured around two main circuits, one of 10.5 km and another of 17.7 km, with start and finish in Capodarco di Fermo.
Sunday will instead see the Polynormande, a one-day race of category 1.1 with departure from Avranches and arrival in Saint-Martin-de-Landelles. The race will inaugurate a long French tour, which will continue with the Tour du Limousin, Tour Poitou-Charentes, Bretagne Classic and Grand Prix de Plouay.
At the start of the GP Capodarco will be Matteo Scalco, fresh winner of GP Poggiana, together with Filippo Turconi, Mattia Stenico, Andrea Montagner and Edward Cruz. They will be guided from the team car by sports director Mirko Rossato.
For the Polynormande, the following riders have been selected: Lorenzo Conforti, Luca Covili, Federico Biagini, Filippo Magli, Alessio Martinelli, Vicente Rojas and Alex Tolio, with sports directors Roberto Reverberi and Alessandro Donati in the team car.
